Returns

Free returns for up to 14 days

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, we offer a free returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us up to 14 days from delivery of your Order, free of charge.

Return Process

Your return & refund will be processed via the following method:

1.​Send an email to contact@julesandjuliette.com or Whatsapp to +971 50 961 6083 with the following details:

- Order Number

- Details of the item you wish to return: Barcode and/or Reference

- Reason of Return

- Address of Return: Name, complete address, phone number

2.​After validating the return, a confirmation email will be sent with return document and pickup date from the registered address

3.​Refunds will only be processed after the item/s returned have been approved and received. After approval, we will issue a refund to the Credit Card used to purchase your order of the full value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges).

Exchanges

We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new order placed for the replacement items.

Cancellation

You may cancel or change your order within 30 minutes from placing it. If you do so, we will at your request either:

(i) Cancel it free of charge and issue you with a full refund or

(ii) Do our best to change it, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustment.

If the Order has been processed, please await delivery and use the Return process.
